Terms & Conditions

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Lyncroft Farm Ltd and yourself. By purchasing this ticket, you accept that Lyncroft Farm Ltd  is not liable for any injuries or accidents to visitors while on site, accidental loss or damage to personal effects whatsoever caused and that you use these premises and all facilities at your own risk. As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed and / photographed at the farm/event. These images/videos may be shared on our website and social media.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Only those with a valid admission ticket will be allowed entry to any of our ticketed activities or events. Entry will only be granted to visitors who match the exact number and type of tickets detailed on the booking although, we reserve the right to take walk-ins, subject to availability and at our discretion. 

  • Order of entry for each booked entry time will be on a first come first serve basis

  • Your booking confirmation will be required on entry to all ticketed events – please have ready to show on your arrival via smartphone or printed version

  •  If you are not able to show your booking confirmation, a photo ID that matches the name on the booking will be required to verify your tickets. This may delay your entry.

  • If your members of your booking are going to be arriving separately, please ensure all members of the group have a copy of the booking confirmation barcode.

  • All children under 18 years old are required to be supervised fully during their visit to Lyncroft Farm Ltd by an adult over the age of 18 years.

  • We will endeavour to keep all attractions open as advertised however occasionally, some activities may be unable to open due to safety, weather, or technical reasons.

  • In the event that we are forced to close all customers with bookings will be contacted and their tickets transferred to another date.

REFUNDS

  • Tickets are non refundable after purchase. You have the option to later change your booking date or time. When purchasing your tickets please create an account on the billing details page. This will allow you to login into your account and amend your booking date and time up to 48 hours prior to your original booking however, this will incur a charge of £1.50

  • Tickets are for a time limited event; They must be moved and used before the event closes for the season or they will be lost.

  • No Tickets maybe re sold

  • We reserved the right to refuse late arrivals.

PREPARING YOUR VISIT

  • Please come dressed appropriately for uneven ground and the weather of the day. We cannot take any responsibility for damage to footwear or other personal effects when visiting Lyncroft Farm and its Field Grounds.

  • Please remember that this is a working farm and most of the activities will take place in an agricultural field so the ground may be uneven, wet, weedy and muddy. The event is held where the fields are surrounded with ditches. Please keep to the designated areas and pathways and be aware of uneven ground and trip hazards and supervision of kids under 18 is of paramount importance.

  • No dogs or any other pets are allowed in any of our ticketed activities, events, fields or around the farm in general.

  • Only food purchased from our onsite food drinks stalls can be consumed in these areas.Picnic mats and hay bales are provided. Please dispose of your litter in appropriate designated waste bins. Food and Drinks served throughout the Summer Fun Farm event are not certified organic and may contain non organic ingredients however vegetables freshly picked on the day from Lyncroft Farm ground (field) are organic unless otherwise stated.

  • Portable toilets and portable hand washing facilities are provided around the grounds.

  • No disability toilets and baby changing facilities on the grounds. 

  • No smoking on site

SAFETY AND CONDUCT

  • We strive to encourage the growth and development of children; as such, foul language, aggressive or rude behaviour have no place in any of our facilities. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove from the site any person who acts in a manner that the management feels to be inappropriate and/or undesirable for a family venue or if we feel our nurturing environment is being compromised.

  •  Adult visitors are responsible for the well being, supervision and behaviour of the children they visit with at all times.

  • Please only take photos/recordings of your own children.

  • Please use the pedestrian pathways and for your safety do not walk down the roads.

  • Lyncroft Farm Ltd unable to accept personal damages, losses and injuries sustained at the farm/event venue or around the farm field. Any lost and found property although we try to reunite them with their owner. We will only store items a maximum of 2 weeks after the event before it will be donated to charity or disposed of.

  • Parking is provided and free of charge however Lyncroft Farm Ltd doesn’t take any responsibility whatsoever of any damages, loss of vehicles or their contents.
